AwkwardFix is a digital product business based in Texas, USA, selling workplace communication guides at awkwardfix.co. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to AwkwardFix. References to “you” refer to the person using the site or purchasing a guide.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from AwkwardFix. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18.

Each AwkwardFix guide is a digital product — a downloadable PDF designed for personal, single-user use. When you purchase a guide, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that guide for your own workplace situations.

By purchasing a guide, you agree not to:

• Share, distribute, resell, or transfer the guide to any other person
• Reproduce or republish any portion of the guide in any format
• Use the guide content for commercial purposes — including training, workshops, or resale
• Feed guide content into any AI tool, language model, or automated system to generate derivative works
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions within the guide
• Post guide content publicly on any website, social media platform, or other medium

All purchases are processed by PayPal. Upon successful payment, your guide will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

Guides are delivered as digital downloads. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase. If you experience any issues with delivery, contact us at hello@awkwardfix.co and we will resolve it promptly.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

We do not offer refunds on digital products. Once a guide has been delivered, the purchase is final.

However, we stand behind every guide. If the guide you purchased wasn’t the right fix for your situation, email us at hello@awkwardfix.co and tell us what you were dealing with. We’ll find the guide that fits and swap it out.

All content on awkwardfix.co — including guide text, copy, design, and structure — is the original work of AwkwardFix and is protected by United States copyright law.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your purchase grants you a limited personal license to use the guide as described in Section 3. All other rights are reserved.

AwkwardFix guides are written to help you navigate difficult workplace conversations. They are not legal advice, HR advice, or professional counseling of any kind.

Workplace situations vary. While every guide is built for a specific scenario, results will differ based on your circumstances, the people involved, and how the conversation unfolds. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

Use your own judgment. The guides give you the words — what you do with them is up to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AwkwardFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any guide purchased on it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

By using the site, you consent to the jurisdiction of Texas courts for any such dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the site.
